The domain name and website www.mychurchbiz.org are the property of MyChurchBiz, with offices located at 2850 Shoreline Trail, Suite 83, Rockwall, Texas 75032, USA.

Associate Membership Terms

In order to become a MyChurchBiz associate member, a church must sign a Statement of Faith.

The final decision to accept a church as an associate member is solely at the discretion of MyChurchBiz. MyChurchBiz retains this authority completely and wholly.

Directory Publishing Terms

The directory is limited to church member-owned businesses and professional services.

Member-owned businesses, home-based businesses, and self-employed businesses may all be listed. Non-member owned businesses are not eligible.  For example, a restaurant owned by a church member may be listed while a restaurant simply managed by a member may not.

Professional services provided directly to the customer by a church member may be listed (i.e. insurance, haircare, legal services, mortgage loans, etc.) while many non-professional or non-direct services may not. The rule of thumb for services is that if the service is professional, of the type that is normally exclusively provided for the customer by the church member, and benefits the provider financially then it may be listed. If the service is not professional, not exclusively provided by the church member (i.e. bank teller) or only benefits the provider’s employer financially (i.e. sales associate at a retail store) then it most likely may not be listed. There may be some exceptions.

Businesses and services that fall within categories that conflict with traditional biblical values are excluded from the directory (i.e. liquor stores, tattoo parlors, etc.).

The final decision to approve or disapprove directory listings for publication is solely at the discretion of MyChurchBiz. MyChurchBiz retains this authority completely and wholly.
